Community Guidelines

Airsoft Hub works because members treat each other fairly. Breaking these guidelines can lead to a listing being removed, a warning or a ban.

Be honest

• Describe items accurately, including any faults, and only use your own photos.
• Don't list items you don't have, or that aren't yours to sell.
• Don't post the same item more than once, or in the wrong category.

Be safe

• Never sell an airsoft gun to anyone under 18, or without checking they have a valid defence where the law requires one.
• Keep contact details, links and payment requests out of listings. Use Airsoft Hub messaging, and read our safety tips.
• Don't ask anyone to pay outside the deal you agreed, or to send money before you've agreed how the item will be handed over.

Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, hate speech or abuse, in messages, listings or feedback.
• Leave feedback that is fair and based on your own experience.
• Don't pretend to be someone else, including our staff.

Report problems

Use the report button on any listing, profile or message. Our moderators review every report. Some items aren't allowed at all, see prohibited items.
