Is Airsoft Hub free?
Yes. Listing, searching and messaging are free. You can optionally pay to feature a listing so it appears above normal results.
Why do I have to verify my identity to sell?
Verification keeps scammers and under-18s out. It confirms who you are and your age, and gives buyers confidence. Buyers can browse and message without verifying.
How do payments work?
Airsoft Hub doesn't handle payments between buyers and sellers. Agree the deal in messages, and pay in a way that protects you, such as PayPal Goods & Services or cash on collection. Read our safety tips before you pay.
Is there buyer protection?
No. Because we don't hold the money, we can't refund a deal that goes wrong. That is why we recommend meeting in a public place or using tracked, insured postage.
How long does a listing stay up?
Listings last 60 days. We email you before yours expires and you can renew it in one click from your listings page.
Can I sell an airsoft gun to anyone?
No. You must only sell to buyers aged 18 or over, and check they have a valid defence where the law requires one. See the prohibited items page.
How do I report a problem?
Use the report button on the listing, profile or message. Our moderators review every report.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Your Data in your account settings. You can download a copy of your data first, then delete your account.
