Search the marketplace by category, condition, price, FPS or distance from your postcode. You don't need an account to look around.
Create a free account, verify your email and start a conversation from the listing. Everything stays in your Message Centre so there's a record.
Look at the seller's profile: the Verified and 18+ badges, how long they've been a member and the feedback other users have left.
Deal directly with the seller, ideally face to face. Once the deal is done you can mark the conversation complete and leave feedback.
Sellers are approved before they can list, not after. Here are the steps every new seller goes through.
Register with your name, username, date of birth and postcode. You must be 18 or over, and registration is protected by reCAPTCHA.
Confirm your email address, then verify your mobile number by SMS.
Posting a listing needs a one-time photo ID and selfie check with Stripe Identity. It costs a flat £5 and earns you a Verified badge. The check also confirms your age from your ID, and if you're 18 or over you get an 18+ badge too.
Add photos, a description, condition and price. Listings run for 60 days and can be renewed, marked as sold or removed at any time.
Good to know: once you're verified, listings go live straight away. We don't pre-approve every ad. Instead, listings that are reported are pulled into a moderator review queue and are either confirmed as genuine or deleted.
Nobody can post a listing without passing a photo ID and selfie check, which makes it far harder for scammers to set up throwaway accounts.
The date of birth on a verified photo ID decides whether an account earns the 18+ badge. In every conversation you can see both your own and the other person's ID and 18+ status, and you'll get a clear warning if the other person hasn't proved their age. Never sell a realistic imitation firearm to someone who isn't 18+ verified.
Accounts are tied to a confirmed email address and mobile number, and verification attempts are rate-limited.
reCAPTCHA guards registration and the contact form, and sensitive actions are rate-limited.
Every listing, profile and message has a report button. Reporting a listing flags it for review by our moderators.
Moderators review reports, then either verify the listing as genuine or remove it. Repeat or serious offenders are banned.
Every moderator action is recorded in an audit log, so decisions can be reviewed.
Block any user and they can no longer message you.
Leave and read feedback on member profiles so trustworthy sellers stand out.
Protect your own account with a strong password, two-factor authentication or a passkey.
AirsoftHub is a listing platform only. We don't take payment for items, hold funds, or guarantee a transaction, so we can't recover money if a deal goes wrong. Staff will never ask you for money, so if someone claims to be AirsoftHub and does, report it to us straight away. Sellers must also make sure buyers are of legal age and have a valid defence to buy a realistic imitation firearm. The 18+ badge helps, but it doesn't replace that responsibility.
