I believe this is a real steel plate carrier produced by Templar Assault Systems which has now ceased trading. Has foam plate inserts. The emergency quick release has been removed since it is not going to be needed in airsoft, and so it doesn't present the risk of completely unthreading itself. I have been told that these new were around £300
