They work in terms of sound however, when trying to use for comms they just don't send or receive what's coming through the radio. Had it before and it was a soldering issue on the cables so I fixed that and they started working again.. but then decided to stop working again. Maybe one of the solders came loose but doubtful. Left side ear cushion has got some depression but is still comfy on the ear.
